Can the acrylic menus or save the dates be in a different color than white?

No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!

My package says it's delivered but I do not have it! What do I do?

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. The only thing I wish was better about this product is that seller would add staining to the process. The quote I added to the base can’t be seen unless you look closely. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this company. They were very easy to work with and responded quickly!
