The engraving is performed with a laser to ensure perfect accuracy while still retaining the utility of the cutting board!
ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION
Design for customization will be created and a proof will be sent for your approval before cutting is completed.
Upon approval of design, no further changes can be made to board size and or design.

Please note: There will be variations on the darkness of the engraving. This is due to the natural variations of the bamboo wood.
PRINTING & DELIVERY
Please allow 2 weeks for us to produce your order. Once completed, your items will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping time depends on your country of residence and the shipping option you have chosen. If you would like your items shipped faster, we recommend you select Expedited Shipping upon checkout. Please note that selecting Expedited Shipping does not speed up the processing time.

If I upgrade my shipping will that speed up the processing time?
Upgrading your shipping will not affect the processing time. If you need a rush order please consider adding our rush order listing to your cart. You can jump the line only by purchasing our rush order listing!

Can the acrylic menus or save the dates be in a different color than white?
No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!
My package says it's delivered but I do not have it! What do I do?
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally
