Invite guests to be seated with a beautiful custom made wedding seating chart. The seating chart features a gorgeous header and then lists the guests and their table numbers in one of three following ways:
Option 1: Table number followed by all guests seated at that table
Option 2: Guests listed in alphabetical order followed by their table number
Option 3: Customizable - let us know your idea and we will create it!
Seating chart is fully customizable to match your event. We love working with our customers to custom create exactly what they want for their events! Just message us!
ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION
Please message or email (exceptionalevents365@outlook.com) us the details you would like included on your seating chart when you place your order. We will send you the digital proof to confirm that you are happy with the design. Once you approve the proof, if you have selected to receive a digital copy, we will email you that printable copy. If you have selected to receive a printed copy, your seating chart will be mounted on foam board and shipped to you.
PRINTING & DELIVERY
Please allow 1 week for us to produce your order. Once completed, your items will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping time depends on your country of residence and the shipping option you have chosen. If you would like your items shipped faster, we recommend you select Express Postage upon checkout. Please note that selecting Express Postage does not speed up the processing time.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally
