ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION
Please message or email (email@example.com) us the details you would like included on your Save the Date when you place your order. We will send you the digital proof to confirm that you are happy with the design. Once approved, we will. email you your digital copies.
DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY
Please allow 1-2 days for us to produce your order. Once the completed proof is approved, you will be. emailed the digital files as soon as possible.

No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.
USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally
