Invite guests to be seated with these beautiful custom made place cards/escort cards. Place cards arrive already cut and folded. Choose from a variety of fonts and a variety of font colors to match your event perfectly! Add a small meal icon on the bottom to let servers know which guests are to receive which meals.
Printed on high quality matte white cardstock. If you would like a different color cardstock, please let us know, we are happy to customize.

Please message or email us (exceptionalevents365@outlook.com) the details you would like included on your place cards/escort cards when you place your order. Our email is exceptionalevents365 [!at] outlook.com. We will send you the digital proof to confirm that you are happy with the design, and then we will commence the printing process.
If ordering a sample, please understand that a generic sample will be sent.
PRINTING & DELIVERY
Please allow 2 weeks for us to produce your order. Once completed, your items will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping time depends on your country of residence and the shipping option you have chosen. If you would like your items shipped faster, we recommend you select Express Postage upon checkout. Please note that selecting Express Postage does not speed up the processing time.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If I upgrade my shipping will that speed up the processing time?
Upgrading your shipping will not affect the processing time. If you need a rush order please consider adding our rush order listing to your cart. You can jump the line only by purchasing our rush order listing!

Can the acrylic menus or save the dates be in a different color than white?
No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!
My package says it's delivered but I do not have it! What do I do?
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally
