Beautiful and unique way to assign tables to guests at your event. Unique way for guests to know where they are to sit without using traditional place cards. Each gorgeous scroll hangs delicately over the edge of any type of glass. Guests can easily see where they are to sit, and can take their glass with them to toast to the festivities.

Scrolls can be created in varying lengths and colors to accommodate your special event. The guests names and table numbers that you provide (or whatever else you might choose) will be printed on each scroll prior to shipping. A small meal icon can be added to the bottom of the scroll to indicate to the server which meal each guest is receiving. Once you have selected the number of scrolls you require for your event, email a copy of your guest list and table assignments to our email at exceptionalevents365 [!at] outlook.com for printing.

ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

Please message or email us the details you would like included on your scrolls when you place your order. The often include the table number assignment and guest name, but can also include any other requests you might wish to be included. A small symbol to represent a meal choice can be added to the base of each scroll if needed and requested.

If ordering a sample, please understand that a generic sample will be sent.

PRINTING & DELIVERY

Please allow 2 weeks for us to produce your order. Once completed, your items will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping time depends on your country of residence and the shipping option you have chosen. If you would like your items shipped faster, we recommend you select Express Postage upon checkout. Please note that selecting Express Postage does not speed up the processing time.

If I upgrade my shipping will that speed up the processing time?

Can the acrylic menus or save the dates be in a different color than white?

No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!

My package says it's delivered but I do not have it! What do I do?

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally
