Choose ANY city in the world and we'll design this custom map just for you. Each layer is laser cut and painted with attention to detail and care. These maps make the perfect anniversary, valentines day, birthday, office, client or wedding gift.
How to Buy:
1. Select your size (dimensions are outside edge to outside edge)
2. In the personalization box, type in the name of the city (this will be used in the title as well unless you request otherwise)
3. If you would like the map centered on a particular location, you may enter the address in the personalization box as well.
4. Select "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions for checkout!
5. We will follow up within a day or two with a proof for you to review. We won't cut the map until we have your approval on the proof so make sure you check your messages!

PROCESSING TIME:
We can typically design a map in about 2-3 days and cut and finish/ship it 1-2 days after that. We will wait until the proof has been approved so keep an eye on your inbox for a message from us :) If you have a target date, just let us know and we'll do our best to meet it! If I upgrade my shipping will that speed up the processing time?
Upgrading your shipping will not affect the processing time. If you need a rush order please consider adding our rush order listing to your cart. You can jump the line only by purchasing our rush order listing!

Can the acrylic menus or save the dates be in a different color than white?
No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!
My package says it's delivered but I do not have it! What do I do?
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally
