Personalized Jumbo Smore Marshmallows

Add some customized fun to your next event with these delicious soft and fluffy personalized marshmallows. Each marshmallow is customized to your specifications and can include either text, graphics or both. Each marshmallow comes individually packaged unless otherwise specified. Great for any celebration, or as a fun favor for your guests to take with them!

ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

After you have placed your order, please email a copy of the image and/or information you would like on your marshmallow to exceptionalevents365 [!at] outlook.com.

PRINTING & DELIVERY

Please allow 1 week for the creation and shipping of your marshmallows. Once completed, your items will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping time depends on your country of residence and the shipping option you have chosen. If you would like your items shipped faster, we recommend you select Express Postage upon checkout. Please note that selecting Express Postage does not speed up the processing time.

If I upgrade my shipping will that speed up the processing time?

Can the acrylic menus or save the dates be in a different color than white?

No, all our acrylic menus and save the dates are laser engraved. We are not able to change the color of them. That being said we are open to using colored acrylic if you would like but it would be an upcharge and you must contact us prior to ordering!

My package says it's delivered but I do not have it! What do I do?

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you received the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

USPS delivery vehicles us GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service.
